hay peeps,ok im writng this in the hope someone will have an idea?i was diagnosed with IBS about a year ago but have been suffering for about 2-3 years, at first i had attacks- where i got very hot, went deathly pale, got extreme pain and this followed with needin the loo. Now its calmed down a lot thankgod!and its just subdued pain occasioally but nearly everyday the loose bowel movements im taking loperamide capsules and these treat the problem, lately im goin through my final alevel exams and having to take 4-5 tablets a day, this past week ive noticed spots of blood when i go to the loo, its not a huge amount and hasnt happened frequently, but im worried and cant get to the doctors for a few days, wondered if youd have any ideas to set my mind at rest?any ideas would be much appreciated!ta! x

Any stool with blood should be checked out. I had it, and all tests were negative. Mine seems to be when I've taken a lot of Imodium I get a little contipation occassionally, and then I seem to bleed. I dont know, perhaps my body has got used to the D, and so when I'm C, I bleed! LOL sorry its not very technical!
