Usually the gas producers are the ones with sugar alcohols in them like sorbitol, mannitol, etc.Regular table sugar or straight glucose generally don't cause gas. Table sugar has fructose but the fructose is absorbed best when it is mixed with glucose like it is in table sugar.Real sugar usually is completely absorbed so doesn't get in the colon to be feasted upon.Usually sweet n low, equal and splenda are not gas producers because bacteria don't use them as food so I am confused that everything causes you excessive farting.K.
