I have been taking this enzyme with meals and especially hard to digest foods like veggies and fats and so far it's worked great! I bought Digesterol online for IBS which costs $60 a bottle and just returned it because Sun Super Enzyme has the same ingredients plus some more at about $13 a bottle. It was recommended to be by a friend that has Chrone's disease and now I'm recommending it to you.
