once again, i don't understand this swelling thing. my ankles, my glands on my neck, my inner thighs, my fingers, my eyes, my armpits. they just swell up randomly, its really affecting my self esteem and my ability to leave the house when im all puffy. any insight would be very helpful.

Has the doctor seen this.I don't think that is a constiption or IBS related thing.When the Lymph nodes swell (I think that is what you mean by glands??) that is usually a sign of infection.Usually the other stuff swelling sounds like edema?? What is your sodium intake like? the only swelling that I have is my abdomen, which is regularly considered bloating. That does sounds like something else.

it definately sounds form the links given that i have edema. thank you kindly for the info. i have had ibs for 12 years now, and am wondering what the link is if any.
