Since I started IBS 18 months ago, I experienced some of the weirdest symptoms I ever felt...cramps (not painful though), D, rabbit stools, urgency to pee but without pression when it comes, burn feeling in the ***** but without infection, dizziness (almost every day), pain behind the eyes, eyes that need time to re-focus when I look up to down, lack of concentration, cold hands and feet (on the right specially), lack of concentration, sometimes pains in muscles and tendons (specially in arms and legs....)...I passed all the possible exams...from blood samples to colonoscopy and brain scanner....And the found NOTHING ! They told me I'm in perfect good health.....they have a strange sense of humour !!!!!!!!!

I use to have some of your symptoms..With alot of testing and nothing was the matter..I would get those headaches behind my eyes and would go to the eye doctor and my eyes would be fine...Went to a ears nose and throat doctor and nothing was the matter. My muscels and joints would always hurt and they did testing for that an it come back ok....was always running to the bathroom with Nausea and D and feeling like I had to pee..I was everywhere even to Kidney specialist..Nothing the matter...I guess if we have IBS it can cause all kinds of weird stuff to go wrong...I hope you find the answer soon and start feeling better...I am alot better these days and I hope it will continue...Take care

Also I must add that symptoms such as heavy head, dizziness, feeling like peeing all the time, bloating and gases are much more painful to live with than the proper D !

Wow... i have all those symptoms including low grade fever... i was dxed with FMS/CFS and IBSi have a low grade fever as we speak,,,,,my joint pain has improved since im trying gluten and casein free diet, but, my GI told me today to eat rye and white flour and fiber and keep off the GF diet. i felt sooooo much better after being born with my bowel probs, and all 30 years in pain, but now i can have my pumpernickel and kashi again
