I was reading posts and someone mentionedthat they were drinking decaf tea.What I would like to know is what do you use for a creamer or whitener,because I couldn't drink it black and I'm lactose intolerant.
Green tea! I've replaced the regular tea and coffee with green tea without any sugar or dairy. It's supposed to be better for you. It's a lot less irritating and doesn't kick in the cramps like coffee.
