Hi again everyone .... I wasn't sure whether to answer in my other post, or to do a new one, so I am doing both. Thanks for all your responses. My main concern is still the question of whether my pregnancy and difficult deliverey caused the bowel problems I am having. Still I really appreciate the advice on how to juggle the twoShandy

Just FYI, pregnancy can also trigger a thyroid disorder...which diarrhea (hyperthyroidism) or constipation (hypothyroidism) are one of the many symptoms.
