Hi--I tried something new--its called theanine, its an amino acid found in green tea. it really relaxed me, perhaps too much! have any of u tried this, its new to the US.I got it at whole foods...art

this sounds very interesting. i know that valium works on GABA receptors in the brain, and dopamine can help relieve depression.i might want to give it a try. did it make you very sleepy? if you take it at night does it give you a hangover?
