-"Tension Tamer" tea from celestial seasonings (no citric acid- has eleuthero root, peppermint, cinnamon, ginger, chamomile, licorice, catnip, lemon grass, hops, vitamins b6 and b12)-Reed's Ginger Brew (all natural ginger ale - has 26 g of ginger in it, and no caffeine or citric acid)They haven't been proven to cure me altogether or anything, but they've helped my stomach settle down, so I just thought I'd share!

Nice thong.
Apparently,drinking hot water help also.My 90+years old grandmother always drink hot water after a meal.She's more healthy than me.
