I've temporarily improved my ISB-D with Aloe Vera juice and then it's effectiveness seemed to wear off - again the first week of using Grapeseed extract was an improvement but it too seemed to lose it's effectiveness. The improvements while they lasted were a relief as I was getting so bad that even a week with less bloating, gas and BMs gave me so much hope. Since they both ceased to have any further affect I've stopped using them. I have started taking Vitamin C-500 with Bioflavnoids and Wild Rose Hips and this has been the most dramatic improvement - no bloating - no gas and two firm, non-urgent BMs per day.
