I have a tipped uterus and it is very painful for me to try and wear a tampon. Does anyone else have this problem?It's weird but my mom, sister, niece and daughter all have tipped uterus'as well.Jleigh

My Mom got this when she was pregnant with my brothers and I. I dont think she can wear tampons either.

How do you know if u have a tipped uterus. Would a laparoscopy show it?

I was told by my Gynecologist. I wondered why everyone else seemed to be able to wear them and I couldn't. I'm just guessing that is a possibility.I don't know if a laparoscopy could tell you that or not. I know a physician can tell when he examines you.Jleigh

My uterus is tilted to the left.I have to be really careful about the placement of my tampons or it can be really uncomfortable.My obgyn was also the one who told me about the placement of my uterus.

Tracy's is tipped forward, but she can wear tampons, she only wears them for short periods during the day, never over night.Wes

Mine is tilted forward as well. I just can not wear a tampon though! NO NO NO~Jleigh
