I just wanted to let you know that I went for a few sessions of Yoga during the summer and quite enjoyed it. Is is a non-stressful form of exercise. The best part of it was the meditation. In fact, I signed up for another 8 weeks...and I also signed up for four meditation classes. I hope that this will help with the stress. I recommend trying..it may help. We'll see what happens to me. I am willing to try anything at this point. If one day I feel I need to see a therapist, I will...I won't rule it out. Let me know if you go for the Yoga and if it helped!Gina
