try a temporary diet of just veggies(cooked or raw)and protien, no soda (diet also), coffee, Milk, Cheese, salad dressing, fruit, sugar, ect..Veggies - stay away from potatoes, rice, ect..Protien - fish, chicken, beef, pork, eggs (nothing breaded)add things cautiously to see what bothers youFrom RedDirt
