I read several days ago someone taking Bee Propolis for bloating and I decided to give it a try. Well, my Bee Propolis has arrived and I can't find the thread and would like to reconnect with that person. Should have printed the info, but thought I could return to it. Would like to know how to take it and how you are doing on it. I just took one this a.m.Thank you.
