recently i have cut out caffeine from my diet which has definitely reduced the amount of smelly gas but now the problem seems to be i have trapped gas, its reallt painful and builds up throughout the day. WHat i hvae found is that if i eat loads, then i dont get it! i eat a normal diet, 3 meals a day mid morning and afternoon snack but if on the off chance i eat alot more i dont get eat but i cant always eat alot more. ALso if i get trapped gas and then i eat it relieves the problem!? has anyone got any suggestions or theories?thanks x
