Help : I am 48 and suffered from IBS fo approx 30 yrs, although undiagnosed for 10. I am (again) trying to find some solutions to the symptoms and a lot of the reading I have done suggests keeping a Trigger diary. - I am trying but it seems like every day, for most of the day I have some symptoms ranging from blaoting, pain, GERD, constipation (alternating with D from week - week) . So it is really hard to track what causes what ? and what helps. Just wondered if I am alone or if others have tried this tracking method with any success or ended up as frustrated as I am. ?
