Hey, so being on and off IBS-C/IBS-D lately I've hit the C, for like over 1 month now BM's are rarer than friendly neighbors (I guess that says a lot about my neighbors. lol.) So, being a fan of good things tea does for your body, I started drinking Kou-Ding tea again... only to realise it triggered an almost instant BM. Kou-Ding tea (pronounced co- ding) is extremly bitter on taste, but is supposed to be good for collesterol, high-blood pressure and giving your liver a backwash. I know that everyone has a different body and different reactions, but I suggest you try it if a constant C is on.. you should be able to find it in any Chinese-style tea shops. 1 leafe is enough for 3 cups (which is the suggested amount to drink, though after one cup, I'm usually good...) Hope this helps some-one else!
