Im on my first appeal. They just sent me a letter that they were having a vocational expert review my case and answer some questions the judge has? My thought was why that and not a Dr? Well I just hope I dont have to appeal again. Good Luck to you!

well got my letter today been turned down again

so i will have to appeal yet again, it makes me wonder should i bother? My partner says julie you have a valid claim, if you dont appeal then what was the point of trying in the first place. Now if i was a druggie they would be throwing giro's at me. well world war 3 will begin if they treat me like #### again.
