One thing to watch out for in some of the detox programs is they have high doses of laxatives because people feel that pooping a lot gets the toxins out, not that IBS-D types feel they are "cleaner" than anyone else. If you have a lot of diarrhea to start with and high fiber, high osmotic laxatives (magnesium or high sorbitol/fructose fruits) or high in stimulatory laxatives all can make diarrhea worse (fiber can go either way, depends on how you react) may make the diarrhea bad enough to dehydrate you.Not sure which version of detoxing that detox is, but most of them seem to have something to make you poop more than normal.
