I would have this checked out independantly of your IBS.While some abdominal pain can be felt in the upper back near the shoulder blade this is usually gall bladder issues not IBS, and I don't think that does much going down the arm...Sounds more like a pinched nerve type of problem or something like that to me.K.
Upper Left Back and Arm Pain
upper left back and arm pain, could this be caused by IBS. Plus, when I apply pressure on my arm or back, I feel uncomfortable, rumbling, weird sensations, inside my body.
