Does anyone else feel like if they have IBS-D, and you feel like you gotta go.. sometimes if try not to, and manage it, it goes away, and later you have a regular bowel movement? I don't do this alot, but i find it helps sometimes. Then there are the times you just KNOW your not gonna be able to wait, and i find I get some nausea untill I have the D. then it takes me about a half hour to recover, and I feel fine. Can anyone else relate to this? how do you cope with it when your at work, I just started a new job and I'm petrified of it happening at work, so i dont eat untill i get home which is usually after supper! I'd rather be hungry then nauseaded and D any day.

you could try taking immodium while you're at work so you can eat. I have had several of those situations where i waited and when i got home i had a normal BM. i have had an attack at work though but we have a private handicap bathroom where i work so i had some privacy
