Hello I have IBS usually due to Stress (too much stress) and chronic constipation apart from my mictional urinary problems which seems to be solving due to Ditropan. I am using Forlax since a week now.My question is:Does water play a major role in calming IBS?Is there any specific type of water (to buy) that help calm IBS?Thank you

Non -chlorinated water is what you want.........drink loads of it as it's so good for cleaning you out and keeping things moving. What is Forlax? If it's a laxative, have you tried the natural ones ?? Psyllium ? Citracel ? Herbal cleansers ? Primal Defense or Dr D's stuff for cleaning out ? Are you eating foods that constipate ? Dairy, wheat, soy, breads..........
