about a month after being diagnosed with IBS and lactose intolerance i decided I'd like to lose 20 pounds and joined weight watchers. My isb symptoms have almost disapeared! the program is low fat, high fiber, low sugars. Carbs and protein are at your choice. Veggies are encouraged all the time. I am not a promoter of the program!! All i know is that i feel WAY better. I only experience symptoms once to twice a week verses 3-4 times a day. Also, I have not had a migraine since changing my diet. Food, my head and my gut are totally linked and this development confirms it. Goo dluck all!Caitlin
