·I am so thrilled to find out that I am not alone suffering from IBS. I do have a couple qeustions however. I was diagnosed several years ago and generally feel fine--sometimes D and sometimes C but I have a lot of pain at times which isn't associated with either. Lately, I have been having excruciating pain at night which has woken me up. I just recently started eating a couple prunes because of C and am wondering if that could cause this pain. Also, I sometimes have pain when walking which feels like it's in my left hip in the back. Does anyone have similar symptoms? I really dont' want to go back to the doctor if it's just IBS but this pain is freaking me out. Also, I have tired Doxepin for pain but it makes me so lethargic that I can't take it. Any comments would be greatly appreciated! NWK------------------
