Miralax is what my grandmom takes. You get it by prescription & drink it. My doctor gives most IBS C suffers Zoloft, if they are stressed.It works opposite of Lotronex for D. Blocks seratonin receptor that causes C.There are plenty of other meds though, ask your doctor.
