Hi,I've had IBS sense I was 8, I'm 22 now. I have gained a bit of weight sense my doc perscribed paxil a couple years ago (which has helped quite a bit), and now I'm in a pickle..not literally, I'd eat my way out.I am trying to find low-impact exersizes that don't upset my tummy. I have tried swimming, jogging, and walking. Most of the time I end up vomiting afterwards. I've tried eating before working out, as well as not eating. Neither seems to make a difference. Although, I do puke more when I've had things to eat.Is there a pill I can take before exersizing that will ease my tummy?? I usually smoke pot before exersizing to ease the tummy, but really, I don't like working out stoned.
Any suggestions? I love exersizing, but hate puking all the time! I'm not bulemic if I continue, am I?Thanks,Jess (duchess of hurl)
