Hi Lou,the easiest way i can think of telling you,is for you to go to their site! www.leapallergy.com They test for food sensitivity,and allergy,which after 4 years of this,i think is my problem.I have had these tests and will get results this week,i am really excited!I have a great new outlook on getting better. Krissy
