What do you suggest I drink besides water?I cant drink any kind of milk or acidy juices.And only a little tea.So what does that leave me to drink?Thank you for any help and replies.diannamlp

It also might help to be careful with high-fructose drinks (e.g., orange juice, soda). The Barrett article on the low-FODMAP diet talks a lot about fructose: http://www.healthsystem.virginia.edu/inter...rettArticle.pdf. In part it's just a process of seeing what your own body can tolerate and what it cannot. I also find that I have limited beverage options...aside from water, I stick with non-dairy milks (rice, almond).
