Hi! I am constipated all the time and newly diagonsed with IBS. I ordered a book on what i should eat and shouldnt. But what should I do til i get the book in the mail? I have problems with constipation, but i dont know what foods trigger it. can you help???-Kc

its really different with everyone. some people get help by eating a high fiber diet (fruits, veggies, grains, beans, oatmeal, flaxseeds, ect.) but others find that eating no fiber hepls them better because of slow motility constipation, then taking a supplement like magnesium, stool softeners, ect.
