Posted a similar post under topic of sweeteners. But, wonderful how or why most people think they started having IBS to begin with? Thanks for any thoughts you can provide a newbie.

I have read people do not eat enough dietary factors, in particular a low fibre diet, put you at risk.

And low levels of Vitamin D.

I'm intolerant to certain foods and that somehow contributed to me having IBS.
