Hi Everyone,I guess I need some help in determining what type of an IBSer I am. Here are my symptoms, constipation at night. Regardless of what or how much I eat during the night, I always feel I have to go to the bathroom but nothing ever comes out. Then during the morning, I'm able to go but it doesn't seem like it stops. I don't get diahrea but I do go at least 4-5 times in the morning with quite a bit each time. I also become very bloated when ever I eat or drink something. Can anyone help me identify what type I am?

Whether you are Diarrhea predominat Constipation Predominate or Alternating may not matter that much as you tend to treat whichever symptom is bothering you the most at the time. Some people are more bothered by urgency issues or the pain rather than the stool consistancy/frequency issues. You sound a bit on the IBS-D side with the more than 3 BM's a day.Bloating is found across the board with IBS regardless of stool consistancy issuesK.
