Trae, one simple thing you could try is avoiding dairy products. Dairy is a very common cause of bloating and sometimes pain also. Try avoiding them for 2 weeks and see if you feel better. You'll have to read ingredient labels on processed foods because fractioned dairy products like whey and casein (milk protein) are often added to them. You should have tests by your doctor to rule out causes such as cancer, gallstones or infection. If those have been ruled out, your other symptoms except for the C could be caused by food sensitivity. This book explains it for lay people:FOOD ALLERGIES AND FOOD INTOLERANCE: THE COMPLETE GUIDE TO THEIR IDENTIFICATIONAND TREATMENT, Professor Jonathan Brostoff (M.D.. Allergy, Immunology and EnvironmentalMedicine, Kings College, London) http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/089...6487508-3420903 There's also a company with a blood test and treatment program for food sensitivity:www.nowleap.comThey have an online form for you to fill out and they determine from your symptoms if their program is likely to help you.Good luck, you are not alone.
