I have always had a problem with my emotions whenever I had an attack, but something that really helps me cope with a flare up is a nice shower. When I finish with a flare if im in a place with a shower, I just get in the shower and dont come out until i feel 100% better. I just let it all wash away. I close my eyes and imagine myself somewhere awesome, and I just forget it. When I come out i put on my favorite comfy bath robe and just chill and watch some good T.V. (for me watching mythbusters feels better). I have other solutions too, but this one works the best for me. Now how about you guys? what makes you feel better after a flare? A good nights sleep? Relaxing noises? share!
