Rice bran cereal, oat bran cereal.Quinoa and other non-wheat whole grains.http://whfoods.org/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=142 talks about quinoa but also shows brown rice, and fruits that usually don't cause a lot of gas like bananas and strawberries also have significant fiber. Vegetables with low gas production also have fiber, like spinach.http://www.wowyouarereallylucky.com/food-c...rain-quinoa.htm has 3 grams of fiber for 1/4 cup raw quinoa. Which is a good amount for a serving.Remember whole wheat doesn't have that much fiber per serving (usually 3 grams for a slice of bread) you can more easily get all bran things that concentrate the fiber.

I got rid of a ton of flatulence by doing a 2 week elemental diet and afterward, using a good probiotic and eating food such as apples, onions etc which provide a substrate to nourish good bacteria. Search my posts and read my experience.
