You see that's the kind of thing I want, but my specialist is saying ibs and allergies/intolerances are rare. I was recently prescribed lactulose and a nutritional supplement. I think I have a reaction to both i've come off the supplement and milk but I still think i'm having symptoms from the lactulose. I had a burr test this year and I came up with allergy/intolerance to cow's milk but no lactose, so i'm not sure if its the galactose. I really just wanna be tested for allergy/intolerance.I paid for the York Test yesterday but realised after that it said if you've eliminated the thing it might not show up, and I stopped have milk a few days ago, so i've emailed them and hope to get a reply and hopefully a refund if they say it might not show up.VickyI paid for a test called the York test. It was one where I sent off a sample of blood and they sent me the results back. To be honest it cost me quite a lot of money and I think it was pretty much pointless for me. I cut out loads of food groups but I now know that I can eat them with no problems at all. I would like to have a skin allergy test for various things but I think you need to do that through your doctor I believe.
