I want to start an elimination diet but I don't know where to begin. There are simply too many diets out there and many of them are contradictory. One diet would say we should avoid red meat and another tells us to eat red meat only. My past attempt in changing my diet has been all over the place, I've tried a mainly liquid diet which left me more bloated than ever and I've tried plant-based diet which kind of backfired because it made me smell nastier than normal.
I am really lost and would love some advice from anyone who had sucess with their diet.
