Hey guys,Reading some of these posts it sounds like there are a lot of options for trying to recude IBS attacks. Not sure which way to go.I mostly have IBS-D. However, it seems to be pretty manageable in comparison to what others experience. I usually only get "D" about once every 10-14 days, sometimes longer than that.I have been taking citrucel and caltrate, both. But sometimes I forget to take it. Anyway, it hasn't eliminated the D completely so I'm wondering if it's time maybe to try something else?
