Why is it that I can eat some white flour products and not others? I can eat one brand of bread or pasta and another will trigger a really bad episode. Example, I can eat PRIMO brand pasta but CATELLI makes me very sick. Most flour tortillas are OK.

I have the same problem. I know for me, I do terrible with semolina flour used in pasta products, but fine with all other flours used in breads and cakes, etc. I don't know what is different about the semolina but even though I like it, it doesn't seem to like me. It helps some to take Beano with semolina products, but I still must reduce the frequency and quantity that I consume it.

White flour for me causes C. I can eat a little once in awhile but must avoid it as a daily intake. ------------------ Don't make ME come down there!!. GOD
