Why retaining urin cause gas and bloating?

hmmm thats kinda a thing to look into i dont go pee a hole lot during the days i go only about four times a day i wonder what noramal urine out put is?

Well i urinate too much.I think it's because the water leave my bowel and go into the bladder.Check the graph in my signature.
