I have been taking Yakult for about a year now really helps with the C. Recommend 1 pot a day - it tastes like sweet milk and is easily digested as the bacteria have broken down the milk somewhat - like yoghurt. Unless you are very sensitive to lactose...If you are a gas sufferer- I do not recommend more than 1 a day as 2 or more made the passing gas worse for me despite the C being better.It contains good Lactobacillus casei bacteria which are found naturally and are better than the nasty kind!Its definately worth a try for any c sufferers, with the above provisos.

how long did it take for you to notice it helped? I took Yakult a while back - one little pot each morning, but didn't notice any help.
