some people on the board have said that pavanmuktasana--the wind relieving pose--has helped relieve gas and some even said doing it daily helped them with their constipation. for me, i find it can help with gas but it hasn't helped my c. here's one link about it--has a video http://www.abc-of-yoga.com/yogapractice/windrelieving.asp

this seems to help relax me more than anythign which is very helpful in itself but im not sure its moving anythign along.the one thing that does seem to help is
has othersid be happy to try them though
