I am taking Zofran with Loperamida with goods results. The only problem is that Zofran is too much expensive. It´s better than only Loperamida and you can take less Loperamida.I think we need a radical action pro cilansetron and/or Solvay try to launch in other countries (canada, Australia) because i think we could import drugs in the worst case. But solvay says that will not launch cilansetron in Brazil before FDA´s approval. Last, anyone knows how to buy lotronex outside USA?(Sorry about my english)...

I get my Lotronex from www.globalrx.com it cost about US$225 plus postage and government charges for a bottle of 30x 1mg, so its not cheap.

I think the recommended dose is now 1mg per day down from 2mg/day when it was first released. Alot of people are having good results at 0.5mg/day, so if you can get away with such a small dose then I suppose the cost isnt too bad. Unfortunately for me I was taking 4mg/day which is prohibitively expensive.

Because I contacted GSK and they said that if you aren't in the States it's impossible to get Lotronex shipped to you regardless if you have a US liscened Doctor's prescription. DJM I got Lotronex with global rx and works well, but i ask for 1 box and now i ask for more two boxes that are in Brazil, but stuck in customs, but i think i will receive. anyway it´s possible get lotronex outside US witj globalrx but is not cheap and in Brazil you have to pay taxas yet...
