Is it normal for pain from IBS to be kind of scattered randomly throughout my stomach? One morning I'll have pain on my left side, in the evening I'll have pain on my right, and the next day I'll have pain below my belly button that feels almost like menstrual cramps. I know that this pain could be caused by something else entirely, but is random pain commmon to IBS?
